Terms and Conditions – Hemekar Platform

By creating an account or using Hemekar, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the platform.

To use Hemekar, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information. You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Hemekar is a workforce platform designed to connect job seekers with employers across Iraq. Users agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: Posting false or misleading information, Impersonating another person or company, Uploading harmful, offensive, or illegal content, Using automated systems to access or collect data from Hemekar without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

All content, logos, text, graphics, and software on the platform are the property of Hemekar or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without written permission from us.

All job vacancies posted on Hemekar are submitted by employers through agreements with us. Individual users do not have the ability to create or publish job postings on the platform. Users may only browse available vacancies and apply to them through the application. While we make every effort to ensure that job listings are accurate and genuine, Hemekar is not liable for the hiring decisions or recruitment procedures conducted by employers.

Basic use of the platform may be free. However, certain premium features or services may require payment. Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated, and all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We are committed to protecting your personal data. By using Hemekar, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Hemekar is not responsible for any content or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hemekar will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Iraqi courts.
